About Tracy
Born in Tennessee, Tracy moved to Wichita in 1980 from Nashville, Tn after earning an undergraduate degree in Mass Comm/Theater. Coupled with a business background in dental management provides her with valuable skills she used daily in negotiating insurance management, dental tx planning and patient education. Those skills are used daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers/sellers, and marketing. Tracy’s past clients in dentistry will often describe her as detail oriented, proactive and fun to be around. She joins BHHS Penfed Realty with the same dedication to helping clients and families find their new home. After living in Wichita for many years, Tracy lives in Andover, KS with her husband. They have four adult children/two grandsons rounding out those fun family times. She enjoys community volunteerism in several non-profit organizations, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and The Links, Inc. She also enjoys reading, puzzles, music, RVing in the USA and International travel.
